Signiant SDCX Server version 4.0 allows Media Shuttle portals to connect to on-premises S3 compatible object storage for file transfers.
S3 compatible storage is available to licensed accounts only. To enable on-premises S3 storage on your account, contact Signiant Customer Care.

The following on-premises S3 storage vendors have been used in Media Shuttle software testing:

All S3 compatible storage must be configured to support AWS V4 signatures. V2 signatures are not supported.
S3 compatible storage allow Share portal users to browse, search, and delete files from storage. Due to limitations put in place by the vendor, some actions are not supported.

Once your account is licensed to use on-premises S3 Compatible storage, you must install the SDCX Server software on a server to allow Media Shuttle to communicate with your storage.
Connect the installed SDCX Server to your Media Shuttle account on the Storage page in the IT Administration Console.
